I apologise to all of you for the latest suspension of our account. The problem is not related to the account being unpaid. Far from it, the accounts are always paid well in advance.

Instead, this is an issue of size and Blotanical is busting a little at the seams. Therefore, I am about to move our site over to it's own dedicated server in the next day or two. I'm hoping that this won't affect the site again but it's quite possible that it will. In the event that it does I can guarantee that it will be remedied as quickly as possible and then we can move on again as normal.
