I'm not much of a techy. I think I followed the correct procedure. When I add it to my plot, do I paste the address to the feed box? I couldn't figure any other place it would go. I don't really understand what feedburner is or what it means. I'm just following blindly along.

Well, that solves one of my dilemmas. I've been reluctantly considering moving my Blogger blog to Wordpress because my feeds still aren't being picked up by those who follow my blog and have me in their side bar. It has been a very frustrating thing for me and I still don't know how to solve it. My problems started when I changed things for Blotanical with the Simplepie feed. If you know of how I might be able to solve this problem I'd be forever grateful. I'd love to get this feed business straightened out once and for all.

Jill, your feed seems to be working fine. Msg me when you next post and I shall keep an eye on it as it tracks through. I'm guessing that you shouldn't have any further problems with - fingers-crossed.

Robin, which sites are not picking up your feed in their sidebar? It seems to be working fine on Blotanical (check "200 Most Faved Blog Posts")

After the double problems with Blogger feeds last year, I can sympathise with Wordpress users!

To those Wordpress users whom I've favourited, rest assured I'm still reading you, last year's problems meant I also put everyone into my Google Reader as backup!

Stuart, just to let you know that I just finished a new post. When I look on Blotanical in my plot, it still shows the previous post. I will check back throughout the day. Maybe there is something else I'm supposed to do but haven't done it yet.

The problem is not with Blotanical picking up my feeds, it is a problem with Blogger. No one who has me a a favorite is picking up my feeds anymore. It just no longer updates when I post something new. The problem first started when I changed things when Blotanical had their feed issues in March. It hasn't worked right since.
It is picking up others so I must have done something wrong.

Hi Stewart, I burned a new feed on feedburner but the url does not look right to me. It has been changed on my plot. Do I need to make a new post? I posted today and it never picked it up on Blotanical, even with a wrong title. Thanks for any help.

I changed the feed again yesterday on Blogger from RSS to Atom, and today they are finally showing up. It will be interesting to see if the next post shows up here.

Robin - it sounds like you might not have done the Feedburner changes that they asked all people using Feedburner to do at the end of February. I forget exactly what we had to do at the time, but Stuart will be able to point you to the he helpful News item he put up in Blotanical about it and you'd like to start using Feddburner again. If you didn't make the change, it would explain why you're observing the feed stopped working in March, particularly if it was right at the start of the month

I decided to do another feed; this time I did an Atom. It is so confusing to know what to put in the Blogger feed space, but I finally got it to work and it didn't mess me up here at Blotanical either. I was so concerned that if I changed anything it would no longer accept my feed here. I'm happy!

Stuart, It's been a few days since I posted anything, until just now. I just want to let you know that I'm back on Blotanical's current list in the Picks. Thanks so much for all your hard work.
