now that I am no longer a newbie, I am sinking and sinking... each day a few inches deeper into the abyss of forgotten and never to be seen.

Maybe I start a new blog? :-)

If you start a new blog, you'll get visits because you're new, but when the new period is over, the second blog will be where the original blog is now.



You have to work at being popular on Blotanical. The FAQ will give you a vague idea of what that means.



We're promised a roll-out of the updated Blotanical in just a couple of weeks or so. You might want to wait and see how that affects your popularity.



More than one blog becomes a burden unless you have an awful lot of topics to cover, IMHO. People tend to identify you with just one.

you are so right, I don't believe I could handle more than one blog ;-)



I will just keep blogging and be happy that I have found several new gardening friends here on this site. And of course I am looking forward to the new blotanical!!

Just smile and keep on visiting other blotanical blogs, picking their posts, making comments, leaving messages... you'll increase your readership. continue to make delightful new friends, and move your blog up to the top 200 where you will find visibility again. This is a wonderful website when you participate.There may be times due to life circumstances that you will need to slow down your visits, perhaps even stop for a while... that's when your wonderful blogging friends step up to fill the void.
