Stuart, or anyone, why not create a big forum for the above topics--folks can share poems from published authors, philosophical ideas based on garden design or being in a garden (you know, like zen stuff for example, or religious ideas, anything at all with philiosphy someone reads somewhere taht got them thinking), and even discuss theory from the big landscape architects and such out there--John Dixon Hunt comes to mind. I don't propose this as a space to share personal creative writing, but one that seeks out ideas of landscape and gardening in literature and other fields that help us frame our approaches to gardening. Any takers? Would anyone want such a heady sub forum? It's right up my alley, as the book / memoir I'm working on concerns all of the above fields.

Benjamin, if no-one has taken the initiative to create it by the end of the week then I shall add it for you. It sounds like a great board with heaps of possibilities.

It's going to be clever and wise with Benjamin running it!

Starting a religious discussion on an international secular site is a bit like playing with matches in a dynamite field.
